These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the Shopify application “DPA Discount Bar” (“App”) provided by DPA (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
1. Scope
These Terms govern the use of the App by Shopify merchants and related users.
2. Service Description
The App provides functionality to display and manage discount-related information within Shopify stores.
3. Eligibility
The App may only be used under the following conditions:
- The App may only be used by Shopify store operators.
- A valid Shopify account is required.
- Use that violates Shopify Terms or policies is prohibited.
4. Data Handling
Data collection and usage are governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Pricing
Pricing and billing conditions follow the information shown on the Shopify App Store listing for the App.
6. Prohibited Actions
Users must not engage in the following actions:
- Misuse the App.
- Interfere with App operation.
- Reverse engineer, modify, or analyze the App.
- Violate applicable laws or Shopify policies.
7. Service Changes or Suspension
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
- We are not responsible for issues caused by Shopify platform changes, outages, or third-party services.
9. Uninstall
When a store uninstalls the App, related data stored by the App will be deleted in accordance with our data retention practices and Shopify requirements.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will apply from the time they are published on this page or otherwise notified.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
